The entire plantation project is located on 450.12 acres of land in Pengkalan Hulu and will be planted with durian in

4 Phases of approximately 100 acres each.  

 

The general terrain is gently undulating with a good source of water from the nearby river. This location is carefully selected due to its natural fertile soil and weather condition for the growing of durian.
